MEMORY VAULT (the “Contest”)

Official Rules

This Contest is organized and sponsored by the Canadian Olympic Committee, a national, private, not-for-profit organization responsible for Canada's participation in the Olympic Games, Youth Olympic Games and Pan American Games and the promotion of the Olympic Movement in Canada (the “Contest Sponsor”). The Contest is also presented by ACCESS STORAGE (the “Contest Partner(s)”).

Contest starts at 9:00 a.m. ET on JULY 26, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on AUGUST 11, 2024 (the “Contest Period”)

By entering this Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and accept the decisions of the Contest Sponsor as final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside. Employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Sponsor or Contest Partner(s), their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and all respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, licensees, successors and assigns of the foregoing (collectively the “Contest Parties”) as well as members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

HOW TO PLAY

GAMEPLAY

The game starts with all 8 photos face down.
The player to reveal two photos by clicking on them.
When clicked, the photo flips over to reveal the summer sports equipment.
If the two photos turned over are identical, these photos remain seen on the board.
If the two photos turned over are not identical, they are flipped face down again in their original positions.
Players must try to remember the positions of the previously revealed photos in order to make matches on their next turn.
The game continues until all pairs have been matched.

HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Play Memory Vault: Complete a game of Memory Vault.
Fill Out Entry Form: After playing, you will be prompted to fill out the entry form with the following details:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Instagram Handle.
Follow Access Storage: Ensure you are following Access Storage on Instagram (accessstorageca) at the time of entry to qualify for the random draw. We will use your Instagram handle to confirm.
Submit Your Entry: Once you have filled out the form, submit your entry to be entered into the contest.
Random Draw: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
You may enter multiple times. The more entries you complete, the greater your odds of winning.

A timer tracks how quickly you match all photos, with a leaderboard displaying your rank against other players.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning this Contest will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the end of the Contest Period. All entries must be received by 11:59p.m. ET on AUGUST 11, 2024 in order to qualify. The Contest Sponsor will not be responsible for late, delayed, misdirected, lost, or incomplete entries. Entries that are incomplete, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Official Rules shall be disqualified.

PRIZING

For this Contest, there are three (3) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) lululemon Team Canada Future Legacy Ball Cap, one (1) lululemon Team Canada Future Legacy Mini Belt Bag, one (1) co-branded stadium blanket, two (2) co-branded wine coolers, four (4) co-branded lends cloths, four (4) co-branded drawstring bags, and one (1) $300 VISA prepaid gift card. Each grand prize is valued at approximately $500.00. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-refundable and are not convertible to cash. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes, or any component thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize(s) is/are transferable by the Winner as a gift to an immediate family member only and cannot be resold. If the winner cannot use or chooses not to use, for any reason, any portion of the Prize(s), that portion of the Prize(s) will be forfeited and no substitution or other compensation will be awarded. The Prize(s) can only be redeemed between September 4, 2024 - December 31, 2024

SELECTING WINNERS

A random draw for the Prize(s) will be conducted at or about 12:00pm ET on September 3, 2024 by the Contest Sponsor from all eligible entries received.

The Contest Sponsor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to contact the Winner(s) using the contact information set out in their entries. In the event that a Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the random draw, the entry of such selected entrant shall be deemed void and the Contest Sponsor shall draw another entry at random from the remaining eligible entries. The process noted above will be repeated until a Winner has been contacted and has accepted the prize or until there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first.

Before being declared a Winner, each selected entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question within five (5) business days of prize notification.

Each Winner will also be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) confirming compliance with these Official Rules, acceptance of the respective Prize as awarded without substitution. By participating and accepting a Prize, entrants and Winner(s) agree to release and hold the Contest Parties harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Contest and use or redemption of Prizes.

Declining a Prize, failing to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, failing to return the Release Form within the time period indicated on the Release Form or otherwise failing to comply with these Official Rules will cause the respective Prize(s) to be forfeited.

GENERAL

This Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and regulations and void where prohibited. Subject to applicable law, the Contest Sponsor shall have no obligation, no liability and shall not be held responsible for any accident, negligence, printing, typographical, administrative or other errors that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest or these Official Rules.

By entering into this Contest or accepting a Prize, participants give permission to the Contest Parties to use winners’ name, likeness, voice, quotes, comments, biographical information, and/or image for the purpose of promotion by the Contest Parties (including the Canadian Olympic Club) without further notice, permission, compensation or consideration in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, in any manner, throughout the universe, unless prohibited by law. Any content submitted by entrants for purposes of the Contest become the property of the Contest Parties and will not be returned.

By entering this Contest and accepting a Prize, if applicable, each entrants releases and agrees to hold the Contest Sponsor and all Released Parties, harmless against any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims, and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract, fundamental breach, liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrant, Winner or their respective administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of the entrant's participation in this Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or use by the entrant of the prize awarded, if applicable.

No responsibility will be taken for any failure of the Contest or Contest Sponsor web site during the promotion or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or internet entries to be received by the Contest Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion.

The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including, the internet portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest, or the odds of winning.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Contest entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic Contest entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the “authorized account holder” provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to the email or text messaging address by an internet service provider, on-line service provider, phone company, mobile phone service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email/text messaging addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email/text message address. Contest Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of their entries) who tampers with the Contest, including the entry process.
